- ALL PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Once materials are ordered or work has been scheduled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Heatspan reserves the right to charge late fees, interest, and collection costs on unpaid balances.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers must provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide notice may result in cancellation fees.
- Deposits and payments remain non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
5. Access to Property
Customers agree to provide safe and timely access to the property. Heatspan is not responsible for delays or damages caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazards.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Heatspan warrants workmanship only to the extent required by law.
- Equipment and parts are subject to manufacturer warranties only.
- All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Heatspan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Heatspan is not responsible for system failures due to age, pre-existing conditions, or factors beyond its control
- Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heatspan, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

- Failure to maintain systems
- Inaccurate information provided by the customer
